Gosling Sports Park
4055 Marsico Pl, The Woodlands, TX 77384
The fields will be to your right as you enter from Gosling. Do not park in the bus ramp.
We will follow the current USAU rules. The Tournament Director retains the right to modify rules for safety reasons.
We are doing a Round Robin Tournament this year. Rounds will start early and go quickly as we are trying to avoid playing in the hottest time of the day.
My goal is to communicate through email and GroupMe, so unless needed we will not have a captains meeting before the first game.
It will be very hot this weekend. Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday will be 100+ °F with no rain.
Please be careful of each other and stay hydrated.
We will have free snacks, Gatorade and water refills stations at tournament headquarters (located very close to the fields). Players should bring their own bottles for water.
Medical staff will also be at tournament head quarters or call my cell 832-928-5515
We will have disc for sale for $10 each.
There will be prizes for the top 3 teams.
This is a sanctioned tournament, Please make sure your rosters are submitted to USAU by Wednesday. Only rostered players who have filled out waivers on USAU will be allowed to play. This is an insurance, fairness and safety issue.
This is a "play at your own risk tournament", Tournament Director(s)/ The Woodlands Township are not responsible for any injury, sickness, property damage, etc that may occur by participating in this tournament. Pay special attention to high temperatures. Make sure to play safe and with in your limits.
